Aatma Indian Cuisine food truck coming to Port Huron Wednesdays

Bretton Jones, owner of food truck El Hombre Grande, has opened Aatma Indian Cuisine which serves Indian dishes. The truck serving the dishes will be parked outside of Ryan's Party Store on Wednesdays.

Blue Water Space residents can now fulfill their craving for Indian foodstuff just after Aatma Indian Cuisine was introduced to the nearby food items truck scene Wednesday.

Marion Township resident Bretton Jones typically serves tacos out of the trailer for his other food truck El Hombre Grande, but he has provided it a new Indian cuisine identification. The trailer will be parked at Ryan’s Occasion Retail outlet at 1837 Pine Grove Ave. from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesdays.

Jones said he did not have expectations for Aatma Indian Cuisine’s 1st working day, but by the end of it he experienced sold out of meals, which include 80 pounds of rooster.

“It was a good good results,” Jones mentioned in a penned message.

Gary Lokers, owner of Eli's Eats in the Streets, holds a tray containing several dishes from Aatma Indian Cuisine Wednesday, April 28, 2021, outside of Ryan's Party Store in Port Huron.

Aatma Indian Cuisine’s menu features butter chicken with rice for $9, tandoori chicken with rice for $9, a combo meal for $14, naan bread for $3 and a lot more.

Jones reported some dishes must stew the night right before but anything else is manufactured from scratch every single day. Besides the rice and bread almost everything is ketogenic and there are tons of vegan choices.

“People with exclusive dietary requirements can discover something in this article they like,” he said.

Jones explained he has house cooked Indian cuisine before and there was a robust reaction when he catered an Indian meal this past wintertime.

Bretton Jones, who also owns El Hombre Grande food truck, has opened Aatma Indian Cuisine which serves Indian dishes. The food truck will be parked outside of Ryan's Party Store on Wednesdays.

When requested why he wanted to introduce an Indian food items truck to the area, Jones stated there “aren’t any in this article.”

And men and women have been thrilled to have the solution, with four people today receiving food from the enterprise in a lot less than 20 minutes Wednesday, which include Lakeport residents Lynda Chabot and Lesley Lambright.

Chabot claimed they drove all the way to the bash retail store from Lakeport to check out Aatma Indian Cuisine. They ended up scheduling to eat the food stuff at a local park and both equally had been psyched.
