From crab stand to food truck, she’s serving signature crabs on wheels

With her cellphone wedged amongst her shoulder and her ear, Yolanda Parson fielded repeated calls from keen clients as she packed large brown paper luggage with dozens of crabs coated with her signature – and top secret – spice mix.
